1. The service
LeaderLab provides case-based leadership assessment simulations and related reporting for client organizations. Access is provided under an agreement between LeaderLab and the client.
2. Acceptable use
- Use assessments only for legitimate hiring, promotion, and development purposes, in compliance with applicable employment and anti-discrimination law.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer scoring, share candidate sessions with unauthorized parties, or misrepresent assessment results.
- Clients are responsible for obtaining any consents required from candidates before commissioning an assessment.
3. Assessment results
Leadership profiles are decision-support inputs, not decisions. Clients remain responsible for their own hiring and promotion decisions and for using results alongside other appropriate evidence.
4. Intellectual property
Case scenarios, the competency framework, scoring methodology, and the platform itself are the property of LeaderLab. Client data and candidate work products remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Availability & warranty
The service is provided "as is" during the development period, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Service levels for production engagements are defined in individual client agreements.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeaderLab's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
