Who we are
LeaderLab provides a leadership assessment platform used by organizational psychologists, HR teams, and executive search consultants ("clients") to evaluate candidates through case-based work simulations.
Data we process
- Account data — name, email address, and organization for client users.
- Assessment data — candidate responses, written work products, and interaction records produced during a simulation session.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security and reliability.
How assessment data is used
Assessment data is processed solely to generate leadership profiles for the client organization that commissioned the assessment. We do not sell personal data, use candidate data for advertising, or use candidate data to train models for other customers.
Candidates' rights
Candidates may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data. Because assessments are commissioned by client organizations, some requests will be routed to the responsible client acting as data controller. Contact us and we will coordinate the request.
Retention
Assessment records are retained for the period agreed with the client organization, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
International transfers & GDPR
We design for GDPR compliance. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
